BIOGRAPHY

At one time a cartoon animator, Patrick Gimel now works as a drafts-man in Grenoble, France, where he was born in 1952. Gimel began rendering fantasy architecture in pen on cardboard in 1971, but since 1977 has drawn exclusively with India ink on clear plastic sheets.
